Katharine
While attending
the Culinary Program at Columbia College, Talulah’s owner
Katharine Payne entered her first stage of insanity in realizing
her desire to own her own restaurant, and became obsessed with
the thought of delighting people with her culinary vision. Knowing
the importance that good food has on the body, mind and spirit,
Katharine’s goal is to bring delicious, healthful food to
her guests, in a comfortable light-hearted atmosphere.
Rodney
Like attracts like…enter
Rodney Benedetto, Chef extraordinaire. Chef Benedetto received
his certification at the University of Texas at Arlington, in
1975. He has had the pleasure and honor of sharing his talents
with two United States Presidents, Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter,
as well as a bunch of other people you've probably heard of. Like
everyone at Talulah’s, Rodney’s first priority is your
complete enjoyment and satisfaction with his gastronomic creations.
